Transitional Housing
We provide safe, clean, and fully furnished transitional housing for returning citizens who need a stable, supportive environment to rebuild their lives. Our housing program is designed to offer more than just a place to stay—it provides structure, accountability, and a positive community that supports long-term success.

Case Management & Goal Planning
Each participant at 360 Transitional receives personalized, one-on-one support designed to turn reentry challenges into clear, achievable goals. Our case management approach focuses on building a realistic plan for success, providing guidance, accountability, and consistent follow-up every step of the way.

We help participants build the practical, everyday skills needed for long-term success, independence, and stability. Our life skills development program focuses on preparing individuals to confidently manage their personal, financial, and professional responsibilities while building healthy habits for the future.
Through hands-on guidance and supportive coaching, participants develop the tools they need to succeed in daily life, work, and their communities.
